Administrative Assistant – Commercial Lines
Description: This position is entry level and will provide assistance to our commercial department brokers. Printing letters, preparing packages for mailing, data entry, ensuring information accuracy, scanning and attaching documents, distributing paperwork, invoicing, making outbound calls to prospective clients, scheduling appointments, some marketing tasks will be included
Qualifications/Skills: College Diploma in Business, Insurance or Marketing. Customer service experience, Insurance terminology/knowledge would be desirable. Some marketing experience helpful. Individual requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, flexible and positive team member, willing and able to participate in continuing education leading to a RIBO Licence. Above average computer skills
Compensation: Salary / Benefits / Commission (available with licence)
