For small claims, or if you are uncertain of the cause or coverage availability:
Contact our office to discuss the nature of the loss and determine whether there is a claim to report. We can assist in determining the origin and cause and thereby advise if coverage exists. We can also review your claims history and advise the impact of filing a claim versus assuming responsbility for the loss yourself. There are ramifications for a frequency of small claims. It is best to review the matter before filing.
When the loss is large or catastrophic, contact our office or your insurer immediately.

Contact your insurer directly. Your Insurance Company operates a 24 hour 7 days a week claim reporting centre.
Find the name of your insurance company on your policy and match it to those listed here, call their claims centre at the number indicated.
Once you have made contact with your insurer, kindly contact our office within 24 hours, as we do not always receive immediate notifcation from the insurer. We are here to assist you with the process.
